Din Dayal Govind Radhe

Hindi: दीन दयाल गोविंद राधे, देखो क्या खेल हो रहा। बुरा जो देखन मैं चला, बुरा न मिलया कोई। जो दिल से अपना है, वही सबका राही।।

English: O Lord, the compassionate one, Govind, Radhe, behold this game of life. I went looking for evil, but found none. The one who is true at heart, is the path for everyone.


3. माला फेरत जुग गया

Mala Ferat Jug Gaya

Hindi: माला फेरत जुग गया, फिरा न मन का फेर। करनी का मनका फेर, मन का फेर न फेर।।

English: I spent an entire age turning the prayer beads, but did not turn my mind. Turn the bead of action, but do not turn the mind's bead.


4. बुरा जो देखन मैं चला

Bura Jo Dekhan Main Chala

Hindi: बुरा जो देखन मैं चला, बुरा न मिलया कोई। जो दिल से अपना है, वही सबका राही।।

English: I went looking for evil, but found none. The one who is true at heart, is the path for everyone.


5. पानी में मीन पाई

Pani Mein Meen Pai

Hindi: पानी में मीन पाई, बाहर मचली मरे। कबीर का हम हाल है, हमरे भीतर भगवान बसे।।

English: The fish lives in the water, but dies when taken out. Kabir says, I am like that fish; the divine dwells within me.


6. साधु ऐसा चाहिए

Sadhu Aisa Chahiye

Hindi: साधु ऐसा चाहिए, जैसा सांचा पानी। दिखे न दिखे कुछ, पर खुद में प्राणी।।

English: A saint should be like a clear mirror, Where nothing is visible, yet the self is reflected.


7. कबीर सोई पीर है

Kabir Soi Peer Hai

Hindi: कबीर सोई पीर है, जो जाने परपीर। सच्चा है वह इंसान, जो करे सबका सुधार।।
