The guru is not only a representation of God; the guru is mother and father both--- all at the same time. This one tradition that has stayed on in this country, has kept many things afloat-more than what menace it has created under the hands of nefarious buggers claiming as a guru but remaining the same animal as in a Homo sapiens within.
There are certain mantras that do not open until it's received directly from the aegis of an able guru, I realized this when I was given initiation by my Guruji-Swami Rahuleshwarananda ji Giri. Things remain there as diamonds in the coal, but they do not shine up to their luster unless the coal has been touched by the guru. My homage to my Guruji, for seeing this book in my, much before it started taking shape, housing its making and its maker, giving all the amenities, protection, indirect spiritual powers, and his endless love.
I would like to mention Dr. Arunabha Thakur-my Doctor Sahab who befriended me here during my stay-especially through the extremely taxing and demanding Corona years. Dr Sahab is the first warmth of humanity I received, after having been totally exploited cheated, swindled-at-times, I willingly robbed, for my more pressing concern was to see to it that my mother got to live as much as she wanted.
